Furnace Turn-Up
Test heating cycles for proper operation
Lubricate all moving parts
Check and adjust airflow for proper temp rise, fan control, heat exchanger, high limit control, all electrical connections, cracks and wear in the belts, flue obstructions, gas pressure, burner operation, standard filters, airflow, temp split and thermostat calibration
*One free standard air filter is included (or washable filters will be cleaned for you)
AC Tune-Up
Test cooling cycles for proper operation
Check fan control, condensate drain, pressure and refrigerant level, air filters, indoor/outdoor coil for dirt, temperature split and thermostat calibration, air flow
