Hey there, neighbor. My name is A.J. Eubanks — owner and operator of 731 Services. Coming from three generations of tradesmen dating back to the 1950s, I learned at a very young age what it meant to include craft and value in everything I do.

Sometimes, a service call can be prevented with a few simple troubleshooting tips.
My AC keeps turning off.
Circuits, especially in older homes, are easily overloaded if the air conditioner shares a circuit with appliances such as irons, refrigerators, or microwaves. Avoid connecting these appliances in the same circuit, and try resetting the breaker by turning it off and then on if you discover an issue.
My AC is not blowing out as much air as it should.
Check the fan belts on your air conditioner’s outdoor system component for any excessive slack, damage, or breakage. These issues can cause low air flow which allows ice to form, and results in low cooling performance.
My AC is broken.
It seems obvious, but kids, pets, or an accidental bump can unplug or completely dislodge the plug into your cooling system.
